• No exploitation of system behavior, glitches, timing issues, or unintended exposure to gain credits, rewards, bonuses, or commissions beyond what is reasonably possible through normal use.
• If a reward, bonus, or page appears more often than intended, members are expected NOT to exploit it. Repeated use after recognizing abnormal behavior is considered cheating.
• No promotion of adult, illegal, hateful, deceptive, or misleading content.
• All ads are subject to manual or automatic review and may be paused or rejected without notice.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

• All advertising and upgrade purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after reaching the cashout threshold and passing fraud verification.
• Any commissions or bonuses earned through suspicious activity will be reversed.

4. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account without prior notice.
• Inactive accounts may be removed after prolonged periods of no login or activity.
• Accounts found in violation of terms may forfeit earnings, referrals, ad credits, and unpaid balances.

4a. Multiple Accounts & Re-Registration

• Only one account per individual is allowed unless prior written permission is granted.
• Creating additional accounts after suspension or termination — including using alternate emails, identities, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts linked to prior abuse may be removed without warning.

5. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

New Mail Alert does not guarantee income. Your results depend entirely on your effort, promotional strategy, and how actively you use our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for damages caused by server downtime, errors, or third-party issues.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or guaranteed traffic delivery.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

7a. Cross-Site Abuse

Verified abuse patterns reported by other site owners or platforms may be considered when reviewing account activity. Repeated abuse across multiple sites may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

9. Community Conduct
